Rates can be either per-project or hourly, and hourly rates can be divided between standard and escalated.
Per-project rates are a flat fee based on the project scope. If more time is required, as long as the project scope doesn't change, the fixed cost stays the same. Hourly rates are $150 per hour for standard response time and $225 per hour for escalated response times. I do not bill a full hour for 30 minutes of work -- all rates are broken up into 30 minute increments.
